Peanut Butter Fudge – I've been making peanut butter fudge since 1963 – My recipe: just bring a small can of evaporated milk and 2 cups of sugar to a rolling boil – stirring constantly – I boil it for about 3 to 5 minutes – remove from heat – stir in 1 1/4 cup creamy Jif Peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. I just pour it out on wax paper or my countertop – it sets up very fast – then cut into squares… it's delicious, easy and cheap and no one can tell it from the expensive kind…
